Two rooms are available in the women’s student residence in January 2026. All together we can accommodate 17 people but right now only two rooms are available. In addition to your own furnished room, residents have access to two shared study rooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, and a multipurpose hall (e.g., for exercising). The rent (635€ or €620/month depending on room size) also includes breakfast, one meal, and laundry service. These services make it possible for you to focus fully on your studies! Most residents are university students. Community-style living ensures an atmosphere that supports studying. Residents come from many different backgrounds, both from Finland and abroad, and everyday life in the residence offers a chance to get to know different cultures and fields of study. The residence is located in an excellent area. Right next to it is Central Park (Keskuspuisto), which offers opportunities for outdoor activities in nature, yet the city center is still easily reachable (20–30 minutes by bus or tram, and 25 minutes by bike).
