Vuokraan 3-kerroksisesta omakotitalostamme viittä huonetta: kolmea ylimmässä kerroksessa ja kahta keskikerroksessa. "Valkoinen huone" keskikerroksessa vapautuu 14.8., "Sininen huone" vinokattoinen, yläkerrassa, vapautuu 1.9. ja "Kirjasto" vapautuu 1.1.2027. Kaksi yläkerran huoneista on pitkäaikaisilla vuokralaisilla (näistä ei ole kuvia). Asumme samassa talossa, nukumme pohjakerroksessa ja työskentelemme olohuoneen työpisteellä. Kaikille asukkaille yhteisiä tiloja ovat eteiset, keittiö, olohuone, yläkerran aula, sekä sovitusti kellarikerroksen sauna, kodinhoitohuone ja kuntosali. Ulkona on vehreä puutarha grillipaikkoineen. Huoneen vuokra on 500€/kk sis. veden, sähkön, parkkipaikan ja viikoittaisen saunan. Lataussähkö lisämaksusta. Kaikissa huoneissa on levitettävä sänky tai parisänky ja säilytystilaa. Valkoisessa huoneessa on lisäksi sähköpöytä näyttöineen, telakoineen ja näppäimistöineen. Myllypuron metroasemalle on 8 min kävelymatka ja bussiyhteydet kaikkiin suuntiin ovat erinomaiset. Kaikki palvelut ovat lähellä. Arvostamme luotettavuutta sekä sopuisaa kanssakäymistä, jaammehan yhteisiä tiloja. Vuokralaisilla on kuitenkin tilaa ja rauhaa olla omissa oloissaan. Huoneen voi vuokrata lyhyeksi tai pitkäksi ajaksi, mutta pitkät aloitetaan kuukauden määräaikaisella sopimuksella, jotta ehdimme ensin rauhassa tutustua toisiimme. The “White Room” on the middle floor becomes available on August 14, the attic-style “Blue Room” on the top floor becomes available on September 1, and the “Library” room becomes available on January 1, 2027. Two of the upstairs rooms are occupied by long-term tenants (there are no photos of these rooms). We live in the same house ourselves, sleeping on the ground floor and working at the workstation in the living room. Shared spaces for all residents include the entrance halls, kitchen, living room, upstairs lounge area, and by agreement, the basement sauna, utility room, and gym. Outside, there is a lush garden with barbecue areas. The rent for a room is €500/month, including water, electricity, parking space, and a weekly sauna session. EV charging electricity is available for an additional fee. All rooms are furnished with either a sofa bed or a double bed, as well as storage space. The White Room also includes an electric standing desk with a monitor, docking station, and keyboard. Myllypuro metro station is an 8-minute walk away, and bus connections in all directions are excellent. All services are nearby. We value reliability and harmonious co-living, as we share common spaces. At the same time, tenants have plenty of space and privacy to enjoy their own peace and quiet. Rooms can be rented for either short-term or long-term stays, but long-term rentals will begin with a one-month fixed-term agreement so that we can first get to know each other comfortably.
