If you are looking for a home in Kamppi (5 min) with great housemates look no further! We are a flatshare that existed for 8 years and currently looking for a new flatmates. You would be living with a French girl doing her masters in Architecture and who just built us a table, a German guy who is studying his politics-masters who is the chief party organizer in his student club and a Spanish girl doing her internship in Helsinki. They all like to discuss the state of the world at times but also not. All of them are the nicest housemates. What is most important for us is that you are a sociable person that likes to hang out, cook together, spend evenings together or at times go out to party and in general contribute to the good vibe in the appartment! Of course needing your private space is part of living together and we don't expect you to be sociable all the time - just as we won't. The two rooms basically vary in size, the smaller one costing 623 EUR and the bigger one costing 701 EUR. **All** bills are included in the rent - water, electricity, internet and even a weekly rooftop sauna included. Additionally home-insurance and deposit needs to be paid, and we share some common expenses. Our apartment has a private sauna, washing machine, big big common areas with couch and TV and all kitchen utensils you could possibly imagine, a balcony, two toilets, one shower, bike room, storage room, elevator etc. The location is great, it’s a block away from the metro and Kamppi shopping centre, and just above Baana, the big bike lane along Pohjoinen/Eteläinenen Rautatienkatu. We prefer long term rentals, but shorter term may be possible! We look forward to hearing from you!
