Furnished room for rent in a renovated apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the metro. Metropolia UAS Myllypuro campus is one metro stop away, and Helsinki city center is a 20-minute metro ride. The room is available from November 15. Currently, students from Myllypuro campus and the University of Helsinki live in the apartment. The apartment underwent extensive renovation two summers ago and is in excellent condition. We are looking for tenants who will help keep it that way. Residents have access to a shared furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen, entrance hall, shower, toilet, wardrobe room, and a balcony with furniture. The kitchen includes appliances, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and cooking utensils. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are also available. The building has a laundry room and a sauna session included in the rent. An air-source heat pump is available for cooling in summer. Located in a lush, park-like setting on the top floor, the apartment offers green views from both the windows and the balcony. The yard has a barbecue area and ample parking space, as well as bike storage in the basement. Some rooms are available furnished, upon agreement. The apartment has five lockable rooms of varying sizes, plus a shared living room, large entrance hall, and kitchen. One room has a private entrance. Rent varies by room size, from €370–€440/month, with an additional €50/month for water, electricity, and internet. The security deposit is equivalent to two months’ rent. The available room's rent is €370, with an additional €50 for utilities, totaling €420/month. The room is furnished, including a bed, desk, and chair.
