"Welcome to our cozy shared flat! We have 2 fantastic rooms available for rent that is perfect for people looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live. The rooms are 12m2 and 25m2 and comes fully furnished with a bed, night table, small desk and computer chair. All linen are provided. The rooms are bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. You'll have plenty of space to store your belongings. You'll have access to all the communal areas, including a well furnished kitchen, and recently renovated bathroom. Our flat is located at a walking distance from TUT as well as the large shopping center DUO (Lidl, S-Market, K-Market) . There is a bus stop 50m away from the main entrance. We're looking for someone who is responsible, tidy, and respectful of the other tenants. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! We rather have a long term tenant (minimum one year) for the price offered, but if you are an exchange student looking for temporary accommodation (minimum 4/5 months), then add 100€ extra per month on top of the rent.
