"Fully furnished private rooms in a neat shared apartment suitable for female tenants. The rent is inclusive of water, electricity, heating, internet and TV. The refundable security deposit is only one month's rent. We do not require an insurance policy. The size of the rooms are between 10 to 13 Sq.M. In addition, the tenants will have 33 Sq.M of common area consisting of kitchen, bathroom and living room. The tenants have also access to a spacious balcony.
