"I am subletting my cute apartment in Kallio, Helsinki, during a stay abroad 1.12.2025-31.1.2026 (negotiable). The apartment is on Alppikatu, a quiet part of Kallio, with transportation stops and grocery stores right around the corner. It is situated on the 6th floor, overlooking a beautiful big courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped, and towels, bedlinens, blankets and pillows are also available upon request. The bed is a 140 cm wide futon mattress. There is also an armchair, a small sofa, a manually adjustable desk with a saddle-type office chair and some shelves and drawers for your stuff, as well as the wardrobe of course. The rent is 780 euros plus utilities, but I'm asking only 830 euros with utilities included (but 20€ less if you do not want wifi). There is a laundy room in the building (with two laundry machines and a dryer) that is free to use, and a sauna department with a view to the amusement park just one floor up from the apartment. There is a free communal sauna shift once a week, and it is also possible to have your own weekly 1-hour sauna slot for 15€/month. The place is vacant from 1.12. until at least the end of January 2026. I am open to negotiating, but tenants who stay the whole 2 months are prioritized. I am renting this apartment myself, and after my screening process the potential subletter will be introduced to my landlord, who will give the final approval. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Asunto sijaitsee Alppikadulla rauhallisessa osassa Kalliota, hyvät liikenneyhteydet ja ruokakaupat ovat lähellä. Asunto on kuudennessa kerroksessa, ja sieltä on kaunis näkymä isolle sisäpihalle. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu, ja pyyhkeet, lakanat, peitot ja tyynyt ovat myös käytettävissä. Sänky on 140-senttinen futon. Lisäksi asunnossa on nojatuoli, pieni sohva, käsin säädettävä työpöytä ja satulatuoli sekä tietysti hylly-, laatikko- ja kaappitilaa tavaroillesi. Vuokra on 780€ kuukaudessa, johon tulevat päälle vesi (19€), sähkö ja halutessasi wifi (20€), mutta minulle sopii 830€ könttäsumma kuukaudessa, tai 20€ vähemmän jos wifi jätetään pois. Talossa on ilmainen pesutupa (kaksi pesukonetta ja kuivausrumpu) ja heti asuntoa kerrosta ylempänä on taloyhtiösauna näkymillä Lintsille. Viikoittain on ilmainen lenkkisauna, ja on mahdollista ottaa myös oma saunavuoro 15€/kk. Asunto on vapaa 1.12. alkaen ainakin tammikuun loppuun. Muita pätkiä voi ehdottaa, mutta mieluiten vuokraan koko kahdeksi kuukaudeksi. Olen itse asunnossa vuokralla, joten valittuani sopivan asukkaan esittelen hänet vielä vuokranantajalle, joka antaa lopullisen hyväksyntänsä. Asuntoon ei valitettavasti saa tuoda lemmikkieläimiä. Vakuutuksesi tulee kattaa asunnossa tapahtuneet vahingot."
