I am renting out a recently renovated studio flat in Kallio with an excellent location. Hakaniemi metro station and many tram stops are just around the corner, and you can also walk to the city center in half an hour. The kitchen and shower are brand new, floor has been sanded and varnished, and walls have been painted. The flat is fully furnished, so you’ll find everything from clean bed linen to a drying rack, and from a hoover to a pasta scoop. I have furnished the flat similarly to what I would like to live in. In other words, the curtains keep the light out, the pocket-spring mattress is comfortable, the pillows are proper, and you can cook. The studio has sufficient storage space, and the tenant also has access to a storage locker downstairs. Internet and trash are included in the rent, while €30 per month is charged for water. A rental deposit equivalent to two months rent is required. In addition to electricity contract, the tenant has to have a home liability insurance. I can assist in buying of these, if needed.
