Asunto on kahdessa tasossa: alakerrassa keittiö, kylpy- sekä olohuone ja yläkerrassa makuuhuone sekä työskentelytilaa. Korkea huonekorkeus ja kattoikkuna tekevät asunnosta avaran. Runsaasti kaappitilaa sekä iso parveke kalusteineen. Asunto on 4. kerroksessa. Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisella Etelä-Haagan alueella, joka tarjoaa paljon ulkoilumahdollisuuksia. Lähikauppoja useita 10 min säteellä. Junalla Helsingin keskustaan 15 min tai Leppävaaraan alle 10 min. Bussit ja pikaratikat esim. Munkki-, Ota- tai Keilaniemeen. Ollaan itse asuttu asunnossa lähemmäs kaksi vuotta. Halutaan ehdottomasti ulkomaankomennuksen jälkeen palata takaisin asumaan tälle ihanalle alueelle meidän uniikkiin asuntoon. Haussa siisti ja luotettava asukas mieluiten puoleksi vuodeksi keväälle 2027 alkaen tammikuusta (tarkemmat päivät joustavasti sovittavissa!). Asunto on Nuorisosäätiön (nuorisosaatio.fi), jolloin Nuorisosäätiön asumiskriteerien tulee täyttyä (ikäraja 29 vuotta sekä varallisuusraja). Jälleenvuokraussopimus tehtävä marraskuun loppuun mennessä joten otathan matalalla kynnyksellä yhteyttä jos on mitään kysymyksiä! ---------- A 5 minute walk away from the Huopalahti station, a cosy two bedroom apartment with a special layout! The aparment is in two floors: The kitchen, bathroom and living room are found in the first floor while the bedroom and some working space are upstairs. The high ceiling height and roof window makes the apartment feel spacious. There's also plenty of closet space and a big balcony with furniture included. The apartment is in the 4th floor of the house. The apartment is located at the calm Southern Haaga area offering lots of possibilities for outdoor activities. There are plenty of grocery stores just 10 minutes walk away. Taking the train to Helsinki center takes roughly 15 minutes and just 10 minutes to Leppävaara. Buses and express trams are available towards Munkkiniemi, Otaniemi and Keilaniemi for example. We have lived in the apartment now close to two years and definitely wish to continue living there after an international assignment due to the area being lovely and the apartment quite unique. Thus, we are looking for a tidy and trustworthy resident(s) preferably for approximately 6 months starting in January 2027! The specific dates for the subleasing contract can be flexibly negotiated. The apartment belongs to Nuorisosäätiö (nuorisosaatio.fi) and hence the living criteria of Nuorisosäätiö must be fulfilled (age limit 29 years and wealth limit). The subleasing contract has to be made in the end of November latest! So please do not hesitate to contact for more information!
