Welcome to a cozy room in a shared apartment. It’s close to a lively neighbourhood and city centre, but the apartment building is peaceful. All of the biggest university campuses are only 25 minutes away by public transport, so the apartment is ideal for a student. The closest metro, bus and tram stops are all less than a kilometer away. The kitchen, living room and bathroom with a shower are shared spaces. The kitchen has everything you need from dishwasher to oven and tableware. The bedroom is equipped with a 120 cm wide bed, table, bookshelf and a built in wardrobe, so there is a lot room for storage. Your flatmate has a room next to your room. There is a shared washer and dryer in the apartment building, which is included in the rent. The water bill is included in the rent, but electricity costs around 7-13€/month depending on usage. We’re looking for a considerate flatmate for the time of my exchange. This is a vegetarian, LGBTQ+ friendly and women-only apartment. We’re hoping that you’ll keep the shared places clean. Your flatmate is outgoing but respects her own space. Depending on your needs you could have a built in Helsinki guide or a friend next room, but privacy is also respected. Possible security deposit will be discussed later on with our landlord. The rental time is flexible from January until May/June, this can also be discussed later on, but we'd appreciate if you could stay for the whole spring!
