RENT We are offering a special rate of EUR 499 per month for the months of June and July. The rent is inclusive of water, electricity, heating and internet. Tenants also have access to a shared balcony. The building offers an elevator, sauna, swimming pool, and laundry room. Extra luggage and belongings can be stored in the apartment’s dedicated storage space. There is also separate storage for bicycles and outdoor equipment. LOCATION & DISTANCES Located in Pasila, this apartment is centrally positioned in one of Helsinki’s most well-connected and lively areas. Travel time to the city center is around 15 minutes. Pasila borders Central Park, Käpylä, Alppila, and Vallila, and offers a wide range of services in a safe and active neighborhood. Mall of Tripla, Northern Europe’s largest shopping center by number of stores, is within walking distance. It also serves as a major transport hub and includes more than 250 shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and more. Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre and Helsinki Arena are also nearby. The area is well connected by bus, train, and tram, and is home to institutions such as Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and Helsinki Business College. MOVE-IN Keys are handed over through our key service partner near the apartment after payment is completed. Pick-up is usually available daily from 07:30 to 21:30. ID verification is required.
