Vuokraan 3-kerroksisesta omakotitalostamme viittä kalustettua huonetta: kolmea yläkerrassa (Sininen huone, Punainen huone ja yksi pitkäaikaisvuokralaisen huone) sekä kahta keskikerroksessa (Kirjasto ja Valkoinen huone). Yhteisiä tiloja ovat keittiö, olohuone, eteiset, yläkerran aula sekä sovitusti sauna, kodinhoitohuone ja kuntosali. Käytössä on myös vehreä puutarha grillipaikkoineen. Itse nukumme kellarikerroksessa ja työskentelemme olohuoneessa. Vuokra on 500 €/kk ja sisältää veden, sähkön, kalusteet, liinavaatteet, pyykinpesukoneen käytön, viikoittaisen saunan sekä autopaikan. Auton lataus lisämaksusta. Kaikissa huoneissa on vuodesohva tai parivuode ja säilytystilaa. Valkoisessa huoneessa on lisäksi sähköpöytä. Myllypuron metroasemalle kävelee noin 8 minuutissa, bussipysäkki on talon edessä ja palvelut sekä liikuntamahdollisuudet ovat erinomaiset. Luonto alkaa lähes kotiovelta, ja merenrantaan pyöräilee noin 10 minuutissa. Arvostamme luotettavia ja toiset huomioon ottavia vuokralaisia. Yhteiset tilat jaetaan, mutta jokaisella on myös oma rauha. Asukkaiden kiinnostusten mukaan olemme järjestäneet nyyttikestejä, leffailtoja ja sieni-/mustikkaretkiä. ENGLISH We rent out five furnished rooms in our three-storey detached house: three on the top floor (Blue Room, Red Room and one occupied by a long-term tenant) and two on the main floor (Library and White Room). Shared areas include the kitchen, living room, entrance halls, upstairs lounge, and by agreement the sauna, laundry room and home gym. You can also enjoy our green garden with a barbecue area. We sleep in the basement and work in the living room. Rent is €500/month and includes utilities (water and electricity), furniture, bed linen, use of the washing machine, a weekly sauna session and parking. EV charging is available for an additional fee. Every room has a sofa bed or double bed and storage space. The White Room also has a height-adjustable desk. Myllypuro metro station is an 8-minute walk away, the bus stops right outside the house, and all services are nearby. There are excellent opportunities for sports and outdoor activities, with nature just around the corner and the seaside only a 10-minute bike ride away. We value reliable and considerate tenants. While the common areas are shared, everyone has plenty of privacy. Depending on everyone's interests, we occasionally organize potluck dinners, movie nights, and mushroom or blueberry picking trips together. Rooms are available for both short- and long-term stays.
