Moikka! Olen jälleenvuokraamassa asuntoani ajalle 1.9.- 31.3.-27. Asunto sijaitsee Juhannuskukkulalla ja on 37 neliöinen kaksio lasitetulla parvekkeella. Asunnosta löytyy myös pieni vaatehuone, astianpesukone ja mahdollisesti pyykinpesukone. Asunto on hissitalon neljännessä kerroksessa. Kerrostalon pihapiirissä reilusti ilmaisia parkkipaikkoja. Vuokraan asuntoa lähtökohtaisesti kalustettuna poislukien sänky (tuon asuntoon tarvittaessa kapeamman sängyn). Vuokrahinta 610€/kk + vesimaksu kulutuksen mukaan, sähkö asunnon omistajan sopimuksella. Näistä laskutetaan kolmen kuukauden välein. Oma sähkö- ja vesilasku on ollut yhteensä noin 25€ kuukaudessa. Astiat, siivoustarvikkeet yms. sovitaan erikseen. Hi! I am subletting my apartment from September 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The apartment is located in Juhannuskukkula and is a 37 m² one-bedroom apartment with a glazed balcony. It also features a small walk-in closet, a dishwasher, and possibly a washing machine. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. There is plenty of free parking available in the courtyard area. The apartment is primarily offered furnished, excluding the bed. If needed, I can provide a narrower bed. The rent is €610 per month, plus water based on consumption. Electricity is supplied through the landlord’s contract. Water and electricity costs are billed every three months. My own combined water and electricity expenses have been approximately €25 per month. Details regarding dishes, cleaning supplies, and other household items can be agreed upon separately.
