Ett möblerat sovrum i en tvåa uthyres med inflyttning så snart som möjligt. Hyresgästen disponerar ett privat sovrum och har tillgång till kök och badrum. Hyresvärden reser större delen av tiden men bor i lägenheten cirka 2–3 gånger per månad. Under dessa tillfällen använder hyresvärden vardagsrummet som sovplats. I övrigt har hyresgästen tillgång till vardagsrummet. Lägenheten ligger väldigt nära Kista tunnelbanestation (blå linjen) med utmärkta kommunikationer till flera universitet: KTH – cirka 30 minuter Stockholms universitet – cirka 35 minuter Karolinska Institutet (Solna) – cirka 35 minuter Hyra: 8 000 kr/månad.
