A large and affordable furnished student apartment is available for rent during my 4-month exchange period in spring 2027. The planned rental period is from 5 January 2027 to 14 May 2027, although the exact dates can be discussed and agreed upon before signing the contract. The sublease agreement will be made using the official Tampere Student Housing Foundation (TOAS) contract template, available on the TOAS website: https://toas.fi/en/our-services/forms-and-documents/ (The PDF can be found under "Temporary Assignment of a Residential Apartment".) The apartment is located on the 6th (top) floor and offers an excellent location in Hervanta: • 1.1 km (15-minute walk) to Tampere University's Hervanta campus • 700 m (10-minute walk) to Duo Shopping Centre • 350 m (5-minute walk) to the nearest tram and bus stop • 8 km (approximately 30 minutes by tram or bus) to Tampere city centre The rent includes the use of all essential furniture and household appliances, including: • Bed • Sofa • Television • Electric height-adjustable office desk and a work chair • Kitchen table and coffee table • Oven and stove • Microwave oven and electric kettle • Refrigerator and freezer • Washing machine • Laundry basket and drying rack In addition, the apartment includes basic kitchen equipment as well as cleaning supplies and equipment, such as: • Vacuum cleaner • Mop • Cleaning cloths • Detergents and other essential cleaning products The apartment provides ample storage space: • 3 empty wardrobes in the bedroom for clothing and general storage • 1 empty mirrored bathroom cabinet Important Information: • 300€ security deposit is required and will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period, provided that the apartment and its furnishings are returned in the same condition as at the beginning of the tenancy • The tenant must be a registered student in Finland throughout the entire rental period • The tenant is required to have home insurance, which costs approximately €12 per month • Pillows, blankets, and bed linens are not included Thank you for viewing this listing! :) If you would like any additional information, please feel free to contact me (in Finnish or English) through this platform.
