You must use a parking disc (blue parking clock), which you can find inside the apartment. Outside of these hours (20:00 to 08:00), street parking is completely free with no time limit. --Laundry-- This apartment does not have a washing machine, but there is a shared laundry room in the building. Usage fee is included in rent. --Utilities costs-- Water: Fixed 25€/month per person (charged by head count). Electricity: Fixed 50€/month per apartment (Includes a generous fair-use limit of 200 kWh/month, which easily covers normal daily life. Usage beyond this limit will be billed upon checkout based on meter readings). --Optional costs-- Textile rental: Linens/towels not included. Optional fresh set rental: 14€/set for every 14 days. Final cleaning is not included in the rent, but can be ordered separately.
