We are renting a furnished (or unfurnished), 14 square meter room in a shared flat in Maununneva starting from June. We are looking both long-term and short-term tenants. Rent starting from 500 € + water 20 €/month. Rent includes electricity, internet & waste fee. The house is spacious and cozy: 6 rooms, kitchen, sauna, 2 bathrooms, large terrace and yard with a garden. The location is right on the border of the central park in a quiet residential area 🌿. This spot is definitely for nature lovers. There are three of us live in the house. Important values for us include equality, non-discrimination and ecology 🌱. We value both time together and our own peace 😊. We also have four cats so it would be nice if you are animal-friendly – for this reason, other pets cannot be brought into the house.
