Renting a studio during my own exchange semester. The house has a warm feeling, thanks to its older features. So I'm expecting to find someone who also respects these features. There is a double bed, but it can be turned into a single bed if needed. Location wise is perfectly in the middle of the city; 2 km to the university and 2 km to the famous castle on the other end of the city. Aura river is right down the road, only couple minutes far away. Many store options, bigger and smaller on the corner. To the city center it takes a ten-minute walk.
