The space The apartment consists of a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a cute french balcony, and a nice kitchen combined with a dishwasher, microwave and oven; a spacious bedroom with an office area (the screen is not available anymore), and a complete bathroom with washing machine. The building complex offers a sauna, a laundry room (free of charge), and bicycle storage. Residents have the option to use the sauna for an additional fee (€20/month). The tenant is required to have home insurance that includes liability coverage. Other things to note Please kindly note that smoking is forbidden in any part of the apartment also on the balcony. There is a smoking point in the courtyard.
