The apartment is a studio in excellent condition, with a combined kitchen and living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a spacious bathroom. The building also offers several shared facilities, including bookable sauna sessions (extra charge), a clubroom, a shared laundry room and an indoor parking garage (extra charge). The apartment comes fully furnished. The furniture includes an electric adjustable desk, a sofa bed and a dining table with chairs. The furniture can be rearranged according to your preferences and we can agree separately which furniture will remain in the apartment. The apartment is located in Käpylä, with great public transport connections and local services like K- kauppa, Alepa and a pharmacy nearby + only a ~15- minute walk to the Kumpula Campus. Electricity and water are not included in the rent. These utilities are charged separately based on actual consumption. A monthly water fee advance of €20 is included in the rent and the advance payment will be adjusted based on actual water consumption and any difference will be settled accordingly. The tenant will be provided with copies of the relevant bills. The tenant is required to maintain valid home insurance (including personal liability coverage) for the entire duration of the tenancy.
