APARTMENT & BUILDING This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing daily meals and a balcony for tenant use. Amenities include a cooker/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, and fast-speed WiFi. The building offers an elevator, sauna, and laundry room. Extra luggage and belongings can be stored in the apartment’s dedicated storage space. Bicycles and outdoor equipment also have separate storage. LOCATION & DISTANCES Located in Pasila, this apartment is centrally positioned in one of Helsinki’s most well-connected areas. Travel time to the city center is approximately 15 minutes. Pasila is a safe and active neighborhood with a wide range of services. Mall of Tripla, Northern Europe’s largest shopping center by number of stores, is within walking distance. It also serves as a major transport hub with over 250 stores, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and more. Helsinki Exhibition Center and Helsinki Arena are also nearby. The area offers excellent transport connections by bus, train, and tram, and is home to institutions such as Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and Helsinki Business College. Rent is due on the 2nd of each month and payment is by bank transfer. MOVE-IN Keys will be delivered through our key service partner near the apartment after payment is completed. Pick-up is usually available daily from 07:30 to 21:30. ID verification is required.
