Bright and cozy apartment in a peaceful location. The apartment features a glazed balcony, providing a lovely extension to the living space. The windows and balcony face east, allowing plenty of natural morning light to fill the apartment and create a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The views are green and peaceful, with no busy traffic or direct views of neighboring buildings. The surroundings offer a comfortable and tranquil living environment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and lots of closet space. Iso Omena shopping center (with over 200 stores, cinema, library, gyms, restaurants etc.) and the metro station are 800 meters away. The seafront, a beach, and scenic walking trails are also within walking distance. From Matinkylä metro station: - 7 min to Aalto University - 17 min to the city center The apartment is located on the first residential floor of a building with an elevator, but it is not at ground level. The apartment includes a 10 Mbps broadband connection. There is also a private storage unit in the basement. The housing company has a bicycle storage room, as well as additional storage units and a cold storage locker available for an extra fee. A weekly sauna slot is available for €15/month. On Tuesdays, there is also a free shared sauna session, with separate sessions for men and women. A parking space with an engine heater costs €15/month. Taloyhtiöllä on myös pyöräkellari, sekä lisämaksusta lisävarastoja ja kylmäkomero. Saunan viikottainen vuoro on 15€/kk, ja tiistaisin ilmainen lenkkisauna miehille ja naisille erikseen. Lämmitystolpallinen autopaikkamaksu 15€/kk. Vuokrahinta on neuvoteltavissa vuokra-ajan mukaan.
