"The flat will be rented for four months. Shorter stays of 2-3months may be considered but priority given to those who need a place to stay for 4months. Extension may be possible. 2months rent deposit is required. My studio flat is very compact and functional. It is fully furnished and you will have your own sauna inside the flat also. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Storage space is very limited. My neighbours are nice and calm people so they will not cause any disturbance. Hopefully neither will you. Smoking in the flat and on the balcony is strictly forbidden. Closeby there are parks, walking paths ( the area is safe) and green areas perfect for relaxing walks. Grocery stores and other services are just 800m away or 15min easy walk and Tikkurila train station is 25min walk away. 35-45mins from the flat to Helsinki city centre by bus and train"
