"The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities you need. You can rent out washers and dryers for free very simple. Also, you can rent out saunas in the building for free as well. The apartment is a 2 minute walk away from a shopping center (REDI), which has gyms, grocery and clothing stores, cafes and restaurants. For the nightlife, the apartment is a 15 minute walk away from "complexi", which is a nightlife area with good bars and clubs, personally, that is my favorite, as that is where most university students go. You can also get to and back from the city center at any time of the day and night (with metro, and when the metro stops running then buses that go all night). Furthermore, the metro, trams, and buses, that are right next to the apartment go all around Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. It is possible to get to every major univeristy in Helsinki/Espoo by public transport from here. Furthermore, the apartment has a great TV, which has access to Netflix and Amazon prime, and a PS 5 with games, which I will leave and can give you the access to the accounts. The area (Kalasatama) around here is very safe, it's a very new area with the only skyscrapers in Helsinki. There are nice parks, outside gyms and an island with a zoo all in walking distance. "
