"Hey! We are renting out our furnished apartment for the duration of our exchange studies. This first floor apartment is located between Keskuspuisto Park and the Tripla shopping center, with good transport connections, so it is only a short trip to both nature and services. The apartment is well suited for roommates, or if desired, the second room can be used as a living room. All surfaces in the apartment were renovated in 2020, so the apartment and its surfaces are clean and tidy. The building also has two saunas, a laundry room, and a gym, all of which can be used at no extra charge. Water, electricity and internet are included in the rent, which is 772€/month. We will only rent for someone who can stay for the whole 5 months :) The apartment has a French balcony facing a green area. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. Both rooms have large fixed cabinets and there is also a walk-in closet in the entrance hall. The bathroom is spacious."
