"Fully furnished apartment 15min by bus from the University of Turku. Available from January to May/June. Dates are negotiable! Straight bus to the University/Turku AMK leaves just around the corner and it takes 10-15 minutes to get there. City center is by walking distance and you walk around 15-20 minutes. There's also a bus close by to the city center. Nearest shop is 5 min by foot and bigger store (the best one in Turku) 15 min. Apartment is located in a really cozy and peaceful area next to a park. It has it's own bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, hallway and bathroom. Water, electricity and wifi are included in the rent. Tenant must have their own insurance! There's no washing machine in the apartment but you can find a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer downstairs with a small fee. There's also a sauna and a bike storage. Apartment itself is quiet and I haven't heard my neighbours at all. "
