"I’m subletting my furnished apartment from January 2026 to June 2026. The apartment is in TYS Tyyssija (Inspehtorinkatu 12) in the student village 700 m from the university. Perfect for students! The rental period is from 21.1. to around 20.6. but the dates are up for discussion. In the same building there is a grocery store K-Market, Campusport gym and a student restaurant (2,95€ meal for students). The bus stop is right in front of the building and there are good connections to all parts of the city. 📍700 m to the University of Turku and 2 km to the market square Rent: 493€ + water fee based on consumption (usually 10-20€/month for me). Electricity, wi-fi and access to sauna are included in the price. I am looking for a clean and responsible tenent to take care of my apartment during my exchange.
